your payment and personal information is always safe. our secure sockets layer (ssl) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. it encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. we do not store your credit card information on our servers. once you place an order, the payment information is passed to our e-commerce gateway, who charges your card.

gift card use and refunds

gift cards must be presented at the time of service for redemption. they can also be redeemed for a check refund within 30 days of purchase. after 30 days, gift cards may be used for services and products only. gift cards are not debit or credit cards and have no implied warranties. adam broderick salon & spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized use.

product refunds

products purchased online can be returned within 30 days for a check refund. only the purchase price of the products and applicable sales taxes will be refunded. shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
