we are excited to launch a new and improved way to purchase ab gift cards online. whether you have purchased online from us in the past or are using the system for the first time, here are some things to know ...

what's changed

one login for everything ab
you now only need one login to access all of your ab resources, including making new reservations, managing upcoming ones and purchasing gift cards.

instant gift card activation
when you purchase a electronic gift card, it will be activated in minutes - no more waiting.

scheduled delivery dates
to make shopping more convenient, you can schedule a delivery date in the future for both electronic and physical gift cards. and you can rest assured knowing that the gift card will be hidden in our systems until the activation date you select so the surprise is never spoiled. if you do choose to have a scheduled delivery gift card mailed by us by USPS First Class Mail, an exact delivery date is not possible to obtain. only electronic delivery, USPS Priority Mail Express and in-salon pickup orders can be scheduled with real confidence.

eGift caclulator
when selecting a value for you gift card, sometimes you want it to be for a specific service or even multiple services. by clicking on the eGift Calculator button, you can select from some of our most popular spa and nails services to include their pricing and service names on the gift card you send. please be aware that when using this option, gratuities and any applicable sales taxes are not included in the service price. also, should a service price change or be replaced by another service, the card value can still be redeemed for any ab service or boutique purchase.

trackable gift card balances
if you include an email address for the person you are a purchasing a gift card for, their client profile will show the gift card and current balance online. and don't worry, scheduled gift cards won't be visible until the day of your choosing.

promo codes
when we do run a gift card promotion, you will need to enter the appropriate promo code when you get to the payment screen. the code will be validated and any benefits of that promotion will be instantly available for use. if the promotion is for added value based on your total purchase on the same order, a new gift card will be started for that value which you can complete and send like any other gift card.

payment types
we no longer integrate PayPal checkout as it is not compatible with our new system. You can, however, use any credit card you have on file, plus the usual mastercard, visa, discover, amex, apple-google-samsung pay options.

what's stayed the same

our packaging and design
the ab gift card designs you have come to know haven't changed. only some of the formatting of the electronic cards may evolve over time. all of our gift cards ship in a gift card holder with the message you craft online, along with a signature gift card box and ab tissue.

access to your account history
we know how it can be frustrating when systems change, even when they are for the better. if you have purchased gift cards on our old system and would like to review past orders or see email and house addresses for people you have shopped for before, just click here to login to the old gift card system. you will not be able to purchase new cards there, but your history will be there for you.
