Hello,
I hope this message finds you in good health and in good spirits. It’s been 5 weeks since we temporarily closed, and along with all of you and most of the nation, began living in a more restricted way to support the reduction in COVID-19 cases. We have all learned a lot during this time. Most of all, we look forward to getting back to our new normal.
All of us at ab are eager to the reopening of our business and getting back to what we do best!
Along those lines, I’ve been in contact with Governor Ned Lamont and local officials offering our support and resources. As Vice President of the global Intercoiffure organization, I am involved in numerous industry advisory boards collaborating on the latest best practices to aid in safely restarting our industry. I have also talked with Ridgefield First Selectman Rudy Marconi as we will be working together, along with other community leaders, to plan necessary next steps for a safe and healthy reopening.
We are underway with the process of developing standards, protocols and physical upgrades to aid us in the reopening process. We know you are all anxious to have more information about next steps, so we will continue to keep you informed.
