Dear friends and clients,
Hope this finds everyone as well as can be expected in light of COVID-19. One of the things we have learned is … to expect the unexpected.
Our proactive decision to temporarily close the businesses on St Patrick's Day and reopen April 1st was, in hindsight, overly optimistic. We now know that we, along with so many other businesses, are mandated to remain closed until further notice.
We continue to partner with state and local governmental and health agencies to ensure a compliant reopening once allowed to safely do so.
We have received many calls from clients concerned about our team; thank you. What I can tell you is that behind the scenes we have been working diligently with all of our AB team members, providing them with consistent communication and ongoing support regarding all current programs and benefits. Our management team and I personally have been available to all co-workers 24/7 as shoulders to lean on and friends in time of need.
Future reservations are still unavailable due to the lack of a reopening date. Once established, we will notify you as soon as the reservations center is staffed and co-worker schedules are open. In the mean time , we are available to answer specific questions if you leave us a message via voice or email.
We realize that while beauty services may be deemed non-essential, we believe that looking and feeling better is essential to mental and emotional health. If you need any products or advice we do have some solutions. We are now offering select home hair coloring options, one being a semi-permanent gray blending color kit. We can also recommend a variety of temporary root cover-ups. These options do not lighten or highlight hair, however they can camouflage roots and refresh faded mid-shafts. A complimentary phone consultation is included.
All of your favorite products can be purchased from our boutique. Product information and questions can also be answered. All products are shipped to your home via USPS as local regulations prohibit us from offering pick-up service.
We truly value your loyalty and hope that these options offer some help through this challenging time. We are optimistic, determined and as anxious as you to restart a new chapter, better and stronger than ever.
