we have activated new technology for our wait list management for specific services, service provider or day and time options. we will be offering for you to wait list if we cannot make your reservation close to your first or second choice. your satisfaction in this area is important to us. and while we are on that topic, a heartfelt thanks to you for your patience as we reopened and handled the back log of requests. it’s appreciated and we know it was not perfect in every case.
next, online reservations are back! for those of us that love online reservations this will be welcome news.
some more good news ... we have been given the go-ahead to start to include blow dry services with our haircuts and you may reserve a blow dry with color services as well. blow dry only services should be offered in the next several weeks.
