finally fall and the seasonal change feels good … nothing feels like crisp air or the quiet intimacy of sitting in front of a nice fire in the evenings.
and isn’t that more important than ever … how we feel about so many things?  … making sure that you feel good about your hair or spa service on every visit is what we strive for, but these days there is more to it than that. bottom line, how you feel about your total experience has never been more important to us.

naturally, how you feel about our environment is vital. while we have had an abundance of positive feedback about our practices, we have also appreciated any suggestions or questions in this area. we learn from all input and it's an important part of our leadership process.

behind the scenes, in striving to ensure a best-in-class facility, we take advantage of the three t’s … training, technology and teamwork. one thing we are really proud of is our team behind the clean initiative.

our staff in housekeeping, operations and maintenance are vital cogs to our business and standards. ever evolving, we have recently added state of the art electrostatic sanitizing equipment.  

you might also be happy to know that we are one of the only organizations in the beauty sector to employ a dr. of nursing who spends time onsite at both ridgefield and southbury. our own ‘dr. janet’ participates on all company safety related measures and also heads up our new advanced wellness services that feature cryogenic technology … including non invasive facial treatments that tighten and tone.

quality means different things to each of us ... for our entire team it means that you feel both safe and satisfied with your service experience.  

if you are thinking ahead to the upcoming holidays, there are old and new traditions to delight our families (and ourselves!). some self-indulgence is as important as ever. a preview of what to expect at ab this season includes some changes (think improvements) to make holiday less hectic, and even safer.

first of all, our festive tent for gift card purchase is being replaced with earlier online purchasing options … and YES it includes value added incentives as our way of saying happy holidays to you and to help make gifting just a little easier. the value added sale starts november 15th. we will also be offering curbside pick-up of ab gift cards and boutique gifts as well as convenient in location purchase options.


shopping early smooths out everyone’s experience and makes for a little less wait time so we encourage you to do just that. as usual our beautiful boutique will feature beauty-must haves as well as a range of giftables that are just right.
