salon reservations
after you make your online reservation, you will receive the personal touch that adam broderick is known for, as all of our online reservations are double checked by experienced reservations specialists to make sure that your services are set up in the best order, with proper timing and that everything is ready for you to enjoy a seamless experience in both salon and spa once you arrive.
you'll want to make sure that you have accurate email and contact numbers in your file so that we can contact you if needed to clarify and fine tune your reservation. this also ensures that you receive information about our specials, new launches and direct links to our blogs which cover a variety of topics of interest regarding beauty, fashion and lifestyle.
*currently, a different e mail address needs to be used for online reservations in each of our locations, as well as our on line store. this means if you use both of our salon & spa locations you will need to use a different email address for each, and a third if you purchase from our online store.

cancellations
when you need to make changes or reschedule your services, we appreciate up to 24 hours notice. day of beauty packages, certain retexturizing services, hair extensions, group bookings and spa parties are subject to 50% cancellation penalties without the required notification.

please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. your punctuality will be appreciated by our team and by our clients. please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by muting cell phones.
valuables
we recommend that you leave all valuable items at home when taking spa services. we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal articles.

gratuities are not included in the price of individual services or gift cards (with the exception of inclusive packages).
